» This production line is dedicated to cutting, drilling, and milling thermal break aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles. It begins by drilling, milling, and engraving slots on all four sides of the profiles, followed by cutting at 45° or 135° angles.
» It supports one-time loading for processing system window and door profiles, including various holes (injection, dowel, drainage, handle, lock box, door lock body, installation) and profile cutting.
» Equipped with a four-position drilling and milling spindle unit, the line efficiently processes all sides of the profiles, allowing for precise cutting at ±45° and 90° angles at the ends of window and door aluminum profiles.
» The two-position laser drilling and milling cutting unit handles laser cutting, drilling, milling, and scribing of frames and sashes.
» The line accommodates batch or mixed processing of window and door profiles (frames, sashes, mullions, screens).
» It integrates seamlessly with window and door design software for intelligent production management.
» Equipped with a barcode printer, it provides real-time material identification labeling and integration with enterprise ERP software for efficient material management.
