» Equipped with a high-precision air-cooled electric spindle with a power of 9 kW, maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, high precision, good safety, and high reliability.
» Uses a DAHAN CNC system with professional CAD CAM programming software. CAD drawings can be conveniently imported into the system. Simple operation and high efficiency. Compatible with various domestic and foreign window, door, and curtain wall system software such as Klaes (Germany), ChuangHigh, Doot, Xinge, and Changfeng.
» Standard equipped with a 6-position tool magazine for continuous uninterrupted processing.
» The worktable servo motor rotates 180°, from 90° to 0° to +90°, allowing three-sided processing with one clamping of profiles. When processing deep holes (irregular holes), efficiency and quality are improved by flipping the worktable for deep hole processing.
» Equipped with an automatic oil supply lubrication system and tool cooling device controlled by the system.
» The main components of the machine tool are made of steel structure, all subjected to vibration aging stress relief treatment.
